SECOND PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE- 4 th WEEK (NOVEMBER 3 - 7)

November 3, Monday

In the 3rd period, I had a class in 9A, where I taught the topic Types of Muscles using ICT support and charts to enhance understanding. We also conducted a quiz program in connection with Kerala Piravi Day, which encouraged active student participation and cultural awareness.

November 4, Tuesday

During the 4th period, I handled 9A and taught the topic Movement of Hands and Muscle Fatigue. I also received a substitution class in 9B.

November 5, Wednesday

In the 3rd period, I had a class in 8A, where I taught the topic" Levels of Classification".

November 6, Thursday

According to the timetable, I had a class in 9A during the 2nd period. I taught the topic Human Skeleton and Structure of Bone. I get a substitution period in 10 B.

November 7, Friday

In the 1st period, I received a substitution class in 10A. In the last period, I had a regular class in 8A, where I taught the topic Five Kingdom Classification.

Weekly Summary (November 3–7)

This week was academically productive and culturally enriching. We reported to school by 9:15 a.m. and left by 3:50 p.m. each day. Regular and substitution classes were effectively handled in Classes 8, 9, and 10.Various topics related to muscles, movement, classification of organisms, and the human skeletal system were taught using ICT tools, charts, and activity cards, which enhanced student engagement and understanding. The Kerala Piravi quiz program provided an opportunity to integrate cultural awareness with classroom learning.
In addition to teaching, active participation in serving the mid-day meal strengthened a sense of responsibility and cooperation.
Overall, the week contributed positively to professional growth, classroom management skills, and student interaction.
