WORLD WATER DAY 🌧️💧- Physical Science Subject Association

World Water Day, observed globally on March 22, was celebrated on March 28 at our college, SVMCTE, by the Department of Physical Science. The event took place in the college seminar hall at 10:00 AM and was organized by the department's Subject Association. The program began with a video presentation that provided a clear and engaging introduction to the importance of water in daily life and the growing need for water conservation. It helped students understand the serious global issues related to water scarcity and pollution in an accessible and visual format.

The stage was decorated with creativity and simplicity, featuring a handmade cloud model with hanging raindrops and a cheerful cartoon water droplet, all crafted by the students themselves. These decorations effectively reflected the theme and added a colorful, thoughtful backdrop to the celebration. One of the most delightful parts of the event was a beautiful dance performance by students from the Physical Science Department. The participants, dressed in shades of blue to represent water, performed to songs that celebrated water's beauty and significance. The dance was both energetic and expressive, capturing the essence of the day in a joyful and artistic manner.

The event succeeded in creating awareness through action, art, and creativity. It was a memorable celebration that reminded everyone of the value of water and the simple ways we can respect and preserve this essential natural resource in our everyday lives.
